Basset Hound Mix

Alex is short like a Basset Hound (though taller and sleeker) and has the ever-sniffing nose of a Bloodhound. Her long ears are surprisingly soft and has soulful, come-pet-me eyes! She has a sweet, playful disposition with plenty of energy on walks and romping around the backyard. She romps up the stairs without any problem and would be happy to sit in your lap, if given the opportunity. She is housetrained and only seems to bark when playing. Alex does fine with other dogs and, while she has not been around cats, she is very laid-back. She may have enjoyed a few too many people snacks in the past, as her nose knows when you have something tasty.
