(Gizmo is adopted). These two are happy, jolly souls who ended up in our rescue as a result of an owner surrender to the Nicholas County shelter. We don’t see many issues with them—they’re working on house training, but are very friendly and good with other dogs. Coco is the leader—he doesn’t like it when you’re sitting down and he’s not in your lap. He’s athletic enough to reach a lap on most chairs, even high kitchen stools! He keeps an eye out for his brother, but doesn’t mind being away from him, especially to play or receive affection. Gizmo is more reserved and quiet—when the other dogs go out to play, he doesn’t mind staying behind in a comfortable chair, enjoying the peace and quiet. He’s not a big eater, either. Both boys are very pleasant and well-adjusted, and will fit into almost any home. These pups do not need to be adopted together.
