Harley is a pure-bred, miniature long-hair Doxie. He is being given up because his family works long hours and can not be home enough for him. He's a handsome, cheery little fellow who trots along with a spring in his step and his head held high. He was loved up to this point in his young life, but now needs a new home where he'll get the attention he needs. Harley's spent much of his life indoors without experiencing many walks outside or the company of other pets or young children, so at frst he's a little shy. However, he's already enjoying exploring the great outdoors in his foster's backyard. Though he's still learning to go outside to relieve himself like the other dogs in his foster pack, he is crate- and paper-trained. He is socializing very well with his foster pack--three dogs much larger than he is--and is cuddly and kissy with his fosters, but we do not yet know how well he intereacts with young kids. We think this charming little guy will blossom into a magnificant companion and pal for the right family.
