Foxy is a sweet Chow mix that was allowed to run free by her owner. After she became pregnant and had her pups, her owner stated that he did not care about her or her pups and allowed a neighbor to take them. Foxy is being adopted by her rescuers. These pups are only a quarter Chow at most. There is only one tan pup left for adoption.
