Carrot Cake is a sweet girl who was hanging out at a military base while soldiers were doing war games (so she isn’t afraid of loud noises!). She has an old injury to her back leg – a fracture that was untreated and healed on its own. She can’t bend the leg but it doesn’t bother her at all. She's wonderful and plays endlessly with her foster brother Walker. She will make a great friend!
