Waylon

Meet Wonderful Waylon, who has traveled 14 hours from Louisiana to find his forever folks! He was picked up as a stray and his family never came looking for him. Waylon is an adorable youngster with silken ears, beautiful eyes, quizzical expressions, and a luxurious, black and tan coat that just shines and shines! He has a ‘nose for news’ that is characteristic of his hound ancestry as he explores new surroundings. Waylon is a bit timid at first, but quickly greets kids and adults alike with kisses and hints at climbing into their laps for more cuddles! Waylon has excellent eye contact, is learning to walk on a leash, knows how to ‘sit’, takes his business outside, and is eager to please. He also is comfortable with being crated. Waylon is up-to-date on his vaccines and is neutered. He loves to run and play in the foster’s fenced yard and would do well in a home where there is fun stuff to do, new commands to learn, and places to go, go, go! Waylon is waaaay more than ready to find his forever home!
