Baby Girl's owners turned her over to a full shelter in North Carolina because they could no longer care for her. She would have been one of the first to be euthanized once the shelter hit maximum capacity (which was imminent). She is a sweet girl who has obviously been neglected for years. We couldn’t bear the thought of her being in a shelter at her age and in her condition. Luckily for Baby Girl, one of our wonderful fosters offered to foster her. Stay tuned for updates!
