Katie is a cute little Rat Terrier. We brought in her puppies a while back because her owner didn’t want them and he doesn’t want Katie either. It is time for her to find a forever home where she is actually wanted and loved. Her foster mom says Katie is very sweet, very loving, likes cats/wants to be their friend. She is timid, but she wants to follow her people around all day. She is well-behaved and is housebroken.
