Luka is a Lab mix. A postal worker found him on her route and called our rescue partner. He was so ravaged by mange that he only one strip of hair on his shoulders and he had holes in his feet. His hair is not completely back but is growing in nicely! He is good with other dogs and kids and he gets along with the cats in his foster home.
