Astrid's hobbies include following her sisters and chasing her tail. She likes an extra belly rub before going to sleep and enjoys plopping on top of whichever sister is closest. Her litter was originally left outside a vet’s office sometime in the middle of the night in Mississippi. When the vet staff arrived in the morning, the puppies were freezing cold and soaking wet. Thankfully, a local rescue took them in and treated their intestinal parasites and upper respiratory tract infections and they have thrived!  Now, she has traveled over 600 miles to find her forever home here in the DC area.
