Justin was taken to the vet by his owner to be euthanized when his daughter went away to college and couldn't take him with her. Poor Justin was severely matted and neglected. He's now been groomed and vetted and in a safe place. He is a very human friendly little dog that is very good with other dogs and children to include young infants.
