Droopy is super friendly, affectionate, and playful.  He came to us from Puerto Rico. He is very social, Immediately loves everyone he meets, and loves to play with other dogs. He is very active and enjoys playing with toys. He adapts easily to new households, as long as gets lots of love. He needs a family who has time to spend with him.
