Beagle Mix

Thor is a handsome beagle mixed puppy with black and white coloring with a sweet disposition.  He is in a need of a forever home because his previous owner could not afford to care for him and his brother, Cody.  At four months, he weighed 20 lbs and may grow to be a medium size dog.  His foster mom thinks he has aspirations to become a lap dog because he will try to curl up on her lap.  Like most puppies, he is discovering many new things and needs a lot of assurances especially meeting new people and entering new places.  He warms up to people very quickly and gives a lot of puppy kisses.  He is timid around adult dogs so might take some time to adjust to families with other dogs.   He is crate trained and seems to be house trained (no potty accident so far!).   He knows the sit command well but still working on other basic commands.  Thor comes running at full speed to the foster mom when she calls his name.  The foster mom is optimistic that he will master other commands in no time.  Thor is a gem and will make a wonderful addition to your family.
