Hello, I am Diamond. I love to cuddle on your lap, go for walks and play. Tummy rubs are a special treat. I will greet you enthusiastically when you come home. I don't mind my crate, but please don't leave my in it all day. I won't mess up your home as long as you take me out once in a while. I will certainly let you know if a stranger (or a squirrel) are invading the house, but most of the time I'm reasonably quiet. As much as I love my family, I am working on my social skills with strangers, particularly other dogs – they make me nervous and I may make my displeasure known. At home I like to be the "queen bee", so keep that in mind when bringing me into you pack. I can get protective of my cage or someplace I have grown attached to and will make my displeasure known when I don't want to be pulled out, but then I will come out if asked nicely. While I like children I would be best in a house with older kids or adults.
While the forever home fosters have been great, I would so much love to find the pack I will love forever. I promise to give you all the affection a dog possibly can. Why don’t you come and meet me, it will be love at first sight.
