Cuddles is a sweetheart and gets along well with an active family and our black lab. She is housebroken but doesn't care for a crate but that doesn't mean she wouldn't adapt to one if it was spacious and comfortable. So far she? become a part of the family. She absolutely loves to be brushed and doesn? seem to shed much at all (not compared to our Lab!). Everything I've read says not to cut down their hair for the summer as it makes their underlayer come back thick and bristly or not at all!! Just brushing them regularly keeps them cool enough--they aren't outside dogs anyway. When they need their hair shaped, make sure you take them to someone who knows what they are doing! She likes to stay with her 'person.' In our house that 'person' varies with who's home! She does stairs well and doesn't seem to have any physical limitations. Would highly recommend her for adoption!!
