Husky Mix

Hi! My name is Rufus I am a 5 month old black and tan husky mix. I am just a big fluff ball which keeps people guessing as to what else I'm mixed with. I came in the rescue with my brother Rascle. I am very much a people dog, I love to be with my people and for the most part want to please you. I do play with other dogs especially my brother Rascle but would prefer belly rubs. Currently I weigh 12 pounds and would probably top 25 pounds full grown. So would be a medium size dog when full grown. I am still a puppy so still have a lot of puppy antics. I am crate trained and paper trained. My new family would just have to teach me to go outside instead of on papers. Right now outside still means playtime so it will require some work. I understand the word "no" and "come" and for the most part respond well to it. Although sometimes I can be a little determined about doing something and may ignore it. I still need to learn not to use my teeth when I play with my humans as I often think I can play with them like I do with my brother. I am not that good with cats. To me cats are meant to be chased and barked at. So it may be best that I find a home without them. I am a very sweet dog that just craves love and attention and am sure to put a smile on your face when you rub my belly.
