Hi, I'm Mercedes. I am 3/4 Boxer. I used to live with my brother Sarge, but now I'm looking for a new forever home. I am about 60 lbs of solid muscle, but I am a gentle giant. I rarely bark, and I am both house- and crate trained. My foster mom is working with me to correct some bad habits, as I like to jump up on everyone I meet and I like to pull on the leash. Luckily, my foster mom says I'm a very smart girl and am learning very quickly how to be a polite dog. I love everyone and I love all other dogs. I am very friendly and love to cuddle with anyone who will let me crawl into his lap! Yes, I am a 60 lb lap dog, and I promise I will figure out a way to fit! Since I'm so young, I have a lot of energy and like to go on walks and runs. I make a great running partner! And when I get really excited my entire body wiggles! I hope to find my new forever home soon as I am a great dog with an amazing disposition. Just give me a chance and I promise unconditional love!
