Jefferson and his brother Wilson are adorable pure-bred White and Black Papillons. They came from a breeder. Jefferson has a block spot on his back and on the top of his head. He has two upright ears. He is very smart and listens well and I suspect will be highly trainable. He has a great temperament and is satisfied to be held and cuddled.
