Theo was originally rescued from a shelter in WV with his siblings. He was adopted to a couple in the hopes that this would be his "forever home". Later the family bought a purebred chihuahua (Loopy) to keep him company. When they hit hard times, the adoptive family dumped both of them at a high kill shelter. Luckily for them, the AFH adoption contract was among the surrendering medical records and the shelter contacted us so that we could reclaim him. He's now again in search of a new home along with his brother.
