Loopy is a loveable little lad who is looking for a long-lasting home. He enjoys meeting new people and is an attentive and constant companion of his foster folks. Loopy's typical small dog traits are: seeking empty laps, sleeping under blankets he has skillfully arranged, and keeping an eye on the activities inside and outside of the house from a favorite chair. He can be feisty toward unfamiliar dogs and passers-by, but is gradually realizing not to fear them. Loopy snuggles with his foster dogs and sits patiently for his food and treats. He is friendly toward children of all ages that he casually meets, but it is unknown how he would relate to young children on a daily basis. He is house trained and currently lives in a single family home with a fenced yard. Now that there is a chill in the air, Loopy prefers to wear a warm sweater when he goes outside! His foster parents have grown so fond of him, but they know in their hearts that there is someone out there who can love him as much as they do and will provide him with security, affection and the wonderful life that he so deserves.
