JOHN BOY -- "JB" is a beautiful sweet-tempered, easy-going Lab mix with gorgeous markings. Mom is "Cocoa," a chocolate lab, also awaiting a forever home at this time. Dad is unknown. JB was born on 1/16/10 and these pictures were taken at three months. He is going to be bigger than his mom, probably around 60 lbs. when he grows up. He is an active, fun-loving boy, but he does not even try to get out of his "corral," which he could easily do if he wanted to, or try to get over the baby gate we use to block the stairs. And when he is tuckered out, he'll crawl up in your lap and sleep for an hour like a baby. He is not totally housebroken, because he can't yet make it through the night, but he is progressing nicely in that department and almost always goes as soon as he is taken outside. JB is a lovely sweet puppy and he will make a wonderful pet for a family with children, or for an active single person who wants to lavish love on a puppy that will return it twofold.
