Angie is a pure-bred Maltese that came to us from a Missouri puppy mill. She is very quiet, hardly ever barks, and is extremely sweet. She is still scared but feels much happier since she was groomed and she is even wagging her tail! Her fur is still stained from neglect, but will grow out eventually. Angie will be - and already is - a beautiful doggie and will make everyone very happy in her for-ever-home.
