JoJo

Male (Altered) — Date of Birth: 01/09/2007 (17 years old (Senior))
Cairn Terrier Mix
This little boy was given up when his owner was incarcerated. We were told that he is a Cairn Terrier mix, but he has a long, narrow dachshund body with slightly longer than dachshund legs and great big ears. He looks more like a miniature Corgi and has the sweetest face. JoJo has a wonderful personality and has adjusted very well in his foster home. He gets along great with his canine foster siblings who range in size from 20-60 lbs. However, he is not real playful with them as yet, but would make a great companion for another dog. He seems more attached to people and follows his foster family around the house. He is doing pretty well with his human foster siblings. He is a wonderful snuggle bug as he wants to be on or next to your lap if you are watching TV. He is very loving and affectionate and gives very gentle kisses. He loves to have his belly rubbed. JoJo is wonderful in his crate at night - he doesn't make a peep. He is doing very well in his housetraining and has no food issues. However, I would not recommend any cat siblings - he doesn't seem like our cat at all. JoJo has good house manners. He loves to chew on bones and to play with dog toys and is not destructive in the house. He pulls a little on the leash when he is walked but at 15 lbs. his human foster siblings can walk him with no trouble. He's a great dog in a small package. Please email if you would like to meet this adorable little guy.
