This poor boy was dumped at a shelter in West Virginia with a with a gunshot wound to his hip. He had has undergone surgery to close the wound closed and is expected to recovery completely. He is very sweet and loves everyone. Russell is very well behaved; he knows the sit command and listens when his foster tells him to stop whining. He wags his tail when he is petted and was cooperative at the vets.
