Hello, I'm Tripper and I have it all, according to my foster mom. I've got striking good looks, a phenomenal personality, and lots of smarts. First, about my looks, you will not find another dog with a cooler coat than I. It is similar to a tiger with tan and black stripes on the top and sides and white and black stripes on my tummy. I have the body of a slim boxer but the head of a lab or pointer. I am truly unique in a very handsome way. People can't help but come over to me when I am out and about to find out what I am. Second, although I have the coat of a tiger, I have the personality of a pussy cat. I love, love, love everyone - adults, kids, dogs of all sizes, and even cats. What can I say - I am lover not a fighter. I love attention and if you pet me, I will lean into you so much that you will think that I will fall over if you step away. I also think that I am a 50 lb. lap dog and I'm a mega snuggler, too. So, you can save on your heating bills this winter and just let me snuggle up to you while you watch tv or while you sleep. I'm also gentle when taking treats and don't have any food issues. I have a medium energy level – a brisk walk, a trip to the dog park, or a doggy playmate will be enough to wear me out each day. I also enjoy bones to chew. For a 10 month-old dog, I am pretty mellow. My foster mom calls me her love bug. And last but not least, I'm pretty smart. I picked up the commands sit and down immediately and am quickly learning to heel when walked. I'm also housebroken and crate-trained. Foster mom tells me I would pass obedience classes with flying colors. I would be suitable for any type of forever home - family, couple or single person. I am just looking for my forever home and will repay you with my undying love and attention. Well, that's enough about me.
