Powder is a sweet, gentle, and happy 9 month old beagle. She loves to be around other dogs and she adores kids. The backyard is her favorite place to be. She runs and plays in the sun with her toys and has a grand old time. Powder plays so well with her foster brother and sisters (beagles) and our 5 year old son. Unlike our own silly beagles on their walks, who sniff everything and sometimes zig-zag all over the place, Powder walks wonderfully on the lead - it is such a pleasure to take her for a walk. And she is also quickly learning basic commands. Housebreaking can be a typical challenge in the transition from a kennel to a home environment, but she is coming along quickly.
