Phoebe is a 2 year old, Terrier mix. She was given up to the Parkersburg Humane Society because her owner can no longer care for her. Phoebe is leash trained and has a wonderful personality. Phoebe also comes when called and is great with children, other dogs, and cats. She knows how to play ball, has good house manners, but is not housebroken. She has now given birth to her pups. Once she has weaned her pups, she will be available for adoption.
