This adorable little dog was found half-frozen to death in a ditch. Once he was taken in and revived, it was discovered that his ribs were badly broken. It appears that he was either kicked very hard or possible hit by a car. He will require surgery to repair the damage. Despite his terrible ordeal, he is a chipper, sweet little dog and can't wait to find his forever home.
