Haley is a 2 year old, Hound. Her foster mom says she is one of the sweetest dogs that she has ever met. A neighbor of Haley's former owner said that the former owner just decided he no longer wanted the dog and refused to take care of her after the storm. She had three month old puppies, but only one of them survived the storm. Haley has been severely traumatized by everything that has happened and all she wants to do is cuddle. She craves human attention. Haley is also housebroken. Haley is currently being fostered in a home where they will adopt her.
