Yorkshire Terrier Yorkie / Maltese Mix

Casper is Yorkie mix. He was severly matted when we first brought him in, but his new foster family has had him groomed and he is looking lots better. Casper is about 10 pounds. He was removed from his previous home because he there were too many dogs and they were not being cared for properly. Although he has just arrived in his new foster home, they say that he is making good progress on his housetraining. More information to follow.
