Single male ISO a lifetime commitment. Hi -- my name is Bear. I'm an Australian Cattle Dog and I'm approximately one year old. I don't want to boast but I've been told that I'm a handsome young man. I have a beautiful white smile, a soft coat, and I like to smile. I am housebroken and I know some basic commands. I come when called, and I sit on command. I'm working on "stay" but that's kind of hard to do sometimes. I am a happy boy who enjoys walks in the park (ok - I like walks anywhere), rides in the car, pats on the head, and lots of hugs. I also like to chew on my toys and am learning how to fetch them. I love to run so if you have a fenced yard or will take me to the dog park or jogging with you, we can all stay in great shape together. I love attention! I hope you do too because I have a lot of love to give and I'm just waiting for the right family to fall in love with me. I will sit with you for as long as you want me to, and I'll follow you wherever you go. I am in search of a long-term relationship with a family who will love me forever. I like my two foster brothers a lot (a Great Pyrenees and a hound dog) so if you already have a dog, I think I'd like having someone to play with. I'm not sure if I like cats because there isn't one in my foster home, but I think I'd be ok with them since I'm so sweet and lovable. I think I'd like kids too, so if you have any, please bring them by to meet me. I somehow ended up in a shelter but my foster mom and dad came along just in time to save me. My foster mom says I'm one of the best dogs she's ever met. I hope you think so too and I look forward to meeting you.
