Nero is a beautiful 10 month old Boxer mix that has just arrived at AFH. Unfortunately, he has tested positive for heartworm and will require 6 weeks of treatment and recuperation. Nero is a very handsome guy that we expect to make a good recovery. Once he is cleared by the vet, he will be looking for a home where he will have time to be the puppy that he is.
