Chip is the last pups of the Charlottesville 8. He was rescued before his family could drop him and the rest of his litter off at the shelter. His mother is a Border Collie mix and his father is a Black Lab mix. His mom was in the 45-55 pound range. Chip is a very sweet, intelligent dog. He loves other dogs and is great with kids.
