Toby's foster mom says that he really is a great dog. He is VERY people oriented and would do best in a home where he will be an intricate part of the family. He is wonderful with older children, plays ball even at his age, walks wonderfully on a leash, and knows basic commands. He is a very loving and affectionate dog. He seems to be O.K. with cats, but is picky about his doggie friends. He is also housetrained.
