Millie and Lillie - Chihuahua/Miniature Pinscher mix female puppies. Their owner just surrendered them to a shelter because they have a son with cerebral palsy, and were unable to care for the puppies any longer. This shelter is very high kill, so these pups were at risk. The puppies are very friendly and get along well with other dogs.
