Noa is a really sweet little dog. She loves to be outside, and to sit in the sun. She is house trained, and crate trained and also gets along with other dogs and people.
Noa came to AFH from one of our rescue partners. They were called by a Sheriff's Department in Florida to assist with a hoarding case involving "50 to 100" Chihuahuas. When they arrived, there were over 200! They were all living in a filthy home surrounded by trash and feces. There was no running water or electricity.
