Benji is coming to us from Puerto Rico. One of our fosters moved there and is continuing her rescue work by helping dogs. There is actually a place in Puerto Rico called Dead Dog Beach – which is a dumping ground for tens of thousands of dogs. Benji is a sweet boy who needs a forever home.
