Scarlett is the cutest little puppy! Despite being just a pup, she has no problem keeping up with the bigger dogs! Scarlett loves being held and LOVES even more running errands with her foster mom. Her favorite store is Spirit Halloween where she enjoys watching all the animatronics. After a long day of playing, Scarlett enjoys snuggling up next to her foster mom for a nap under a blanket. Scarlett also loves posing for pictures - check her out in that movie theatre popcorn bucket! Scarlett came up from Louisiana where one of our rescue partners was a work when a woman dropped Scarlett off. Someone had dumped Scarlett in the woman’s yard in a crate with just a water bowl that were both caked in feces.
