Hi there! My name is Kandi and I am a playful pup. My favorite thing is to chase a tennis ball and, when no one else will play, I even throw it to myself. They say I’m a hound mix and look Dachshund in the face. I weigh about 30 pounds and was rescued as a stray in Mississippi. I love to talk; I even sing along when my foster sister practices her violin! Above all, I love love love getting neck and face scratches and snuggling with my humans. I am great at walking on a leash and will valiantly protect you from any squirrels we might encounter. I am housebroken and very well behaved. I’m great with other dogs, and very much look up to my foster sister, Maple! I love my foster family but am ready to move into my forever home.
