Grace is a Lab mix. She is a sweet playful girl who gets along with other dogs and kids. This poor girl was obviously abandoned in a rural area of Mississippi with an embedded rope in her neck. For anyone who doesn’t know, an embedded rope or collar is one that has grown into a dog’s neck. The reason is because some horrible person didn’t bother to get a bigger collar or loosen the rope as a dog grows.
