Oscar is a happy, loveable guy. He is not very vocal and is low maintenance (definitely prefers curling up on the couch to romping outdoors). Of course he could use regular exercise. He would be ideal for an apartment or townhome dweller. Oscar gets along well with other dogs, but loves to chase the kitties.
