HOLA! I am Mateo - a cute bundle of joy from Puerto Rico.As you can see, I don't like my foster mom to leave without me...I love to play and I love to cuddle. I am full grown, although I love my food so much that I'm sure I could be wider, if I was given the chance!  I love to find my patch of sunshine to lounge in during the day -- either there or snuggling on my foster mom's lap while she works. I can be a bit barky if I meet another dog while on a leash, but give me a chance to say "hello" and we'll be best buddies.   I get along great my big foster brother and foster sister dogs. I haven't met any cats yet, but I would love to chase squirrels, if I had a chance.  I've been doing very well with my house training and I walk pretty well on a leash. I like to spend time in the crate when my humans go out. I like kids, but do not like if they poke me.  Because of my size, I would probably do best with kids who are old enough to be gentle with me. Would you be my forever home??
