Caesar is a cute, male, neutered Min Pin mix. He came to AFH when someone found him in West Virginia where he would sit and howl sadly. Even though he can be a lap dog he really likes to sit outside in the sun and go on long walks.  He also likes to cuddle as well as run and play. He is full of energy and hops and runs and jumps all of the time, just a ball of energy. He loves noisy toys and treats. He loves people and wants to go whenever the door opens.  He will make some lucky person/family a great addition.  He is crate trained but prefers his freedom. He is curious so he will chase cats and squirrels but when he is on his walk doesn’t care about either.
