Mazzie was rescued by a nice lady who witnessed her being thrown from a car window. She was taken to a vet and soon gave birth to her puppies at the shelter. Mazzie and her pups are now safe and sound in our foster home. Mazzie is unphased by the ill-treatment she received. She is a pure joy. Mazzie is very attentive to her puppies and is always cleaning them and making sure they are well fed. She also loves human companionship. She will stop whatever she is doing if the chance at a belly rub comes up. She has not had a single accident in the house and is very quiet. At only 15 lbs she looks just like a puppy herself. If you are interested in a petite beagle mix who looks just like a puppy without all of the work that a puppy entails, Mazzie may just be the dog for you.
