This lovable, pure-bred Pekinese came to us from the Garrett County shelter. Halsey is a sweet, low keyed boy who is a little timid at first, but truly wants to sit on the couch with you so he can receive affection. He gets along well with dogs of all sizes. He appears to be both crate and housetrained. He knows his name, comes when called and will sit for a treat. He seems to like riding in cars or at least my doggie car seat. I would have to guess he was loved in his last home, but given up for some unknown reason. Are you interested in a companion with a little experience? Come to adoption and meet him.
