Yellow Labrador Retriever / Jack Russell Terrier Mix

Tom is an adorable puppy originally described as a yellow lab mix. Judging by his looks, however, we think he more likely is a Jack Russell terrier mix, don't you? He is a cheery, smart, little bundle of energy and is very eager to learn and please his fosters. He is small in stature, low to the ground, long in the body, and built for speed! He is almost all golden, with a tiny fleck of white on the top of his head and a white chest. He already shows an affinity for learning (he's doing well on housebreaking and crate training), and is responding well to direction from both his fosters and the resident big grumpy mutt who would rather this little pup steer clear of her. This boy will make a great pet for a person looking for a pet with an engaging personality and who will be fabulously devoted, easily learn tricks, be an exercise partner, and a forever friend.
