This boy was allowed to roam free in his original home and wandered away. Once he ended up at the shelter, his owners said they did not want him back. We were told that he suffered an eye injury from a cat and that they used a shock collar on him. Now that he is in a foster home, we are told that he is very sweet and listens well to voice commands.
