Hi, my name is Carter. I already know what you are thinking, Carter is a boy’s name but I want you to know that I am a VERY cute girl. I guess you could say I am a bit of a tomboy because I could play ball all day, as many times as you will throw it I will bring it back. When I first came to my foster mom’s house she says I must have forgotten my manners somewhere, but I am such a quick learner I have already learned to sit instead of jumping on you when I want attention. I also know that outside is where you go potty and will just about go on command each time now when my foster mommy takes me out, she thinks that’s great since it is starting to get cold. I also go in my crate everyday without a fuss when she has to go to work, even though I would much rather be playing ball. I only have a few requests for my new forever home: I need a bone to chew on so that I don’t mistake your things for something to chew on, I need a ball and someone who will throw it for me A LOT, lots of love, and lastly someone who will take the time to teach me new things--I really do catch on quickly I just forget sometimes and need reminding. In return for these few things I am willing to give you unconditional love, and a few goofy looks too.
