Coco was taken in because her owner left her chained out without shelter or proper food and water. Now that she is safely in her foster home, Coco's little personality has really come out and begun to shine. All day she has been wagging her little tail and trying to get belly rubs. At first she was very shy, but now we can see her sweet quiet personality coming out. She is very kind and loving. She is a wonderful lapdog who loves to snuggle. She would like nothing better than a quiet home, loving home.
