Dollie came from a rural shelter in West Virginia. Her former owners moved, tied her up to a tree and left her during our recent hurricane, Isabel. A passer-by found her and brought her to the WVA shelter and our rescue foundation was called to help her. Dolly seems to like all other dogs and children. She is a very loving little girl.
